Luxury
The Big House on The Heaning Estate is fabulous. All fixtures and fittings are to a very high standard and very comfortable. Big white fluffy towels, local toiletries that smelled divine and very comfortable beds. Slippers and robes were also provided in every room. Luxury! And the views were absolutely fantastic. We were lucky to have cloudless skies for 3 days. What a bonus. We would certainly love to revisit next time we have a big birthday to celebrate!
Amazing Walks
The Big House is set in a wonderful location, and is a quick drive into Windermere where there are lots of amazing walks! The house itself is beautiful, the dining room was a perfect size for our group as was the lounge. The house is well decorated and stayed nice and warm and was a lovely place to spend a long weekend with a large group.

Amazing house! Had the best time. The host was attentive and helpful. The rooms and their en-suite were beautiful.
